A Full Moon is a time of culmination when we often get new opportunities, and this year, we are welcoming a Full Moon and a Blue Moon on Halloween.

In case you didn’t already know, a Full Moon on Halloween only happens every 18 to 19 years. This upcoming moon event is especially rare because it is also a Blue Moon, meaning it is the second Full Moon of the month.

A Blue Moon on Halloween is a rare occasion that hasn’t happened since 1944!

With all of that being said, October 31st will be a day filled with an intense energy that could open a door for you. Knowing that this may be a once in a lifetime chance to have this energy, it’s the perfect time to do a special Full Moon meditation.

Begin by taking three deep breaths. On the first breath, relax your legs. On the second breath, relax your torso. On the third breath, relax your face and arms.

Start to feel the orange color we think of during Halloween starting to glow at your navel point. This is the area in your body’s energy field that opens you to possibilities. It fills you with excitement for new things and helps you welcome them into your life.

This bright and fun orange color will help you get into the frequency of creative energy. This will allow you to see new doors open in your life at this time.

2. Generate Positive, Glowing Energy

Sense the energy around your body. This is your aura, and it holds the emotional energy generated by your thoughts and the energy you come in contact with within your environment.

Take three deep breaths visualizing energy filling your aura and pushing out all low vibration energy. Take a moment to notice how light you feel now that your aura is full of positive energy.

Your intention is compelling and helps you direct your energy and generate positivity.

3. Visualize the Future: Release & Recharge

On this rare Halloween Blue Moon, the universe is trying to bless you. All you need to do is open your heart and mind to new experiences. Now that you are in a meditative state and surrounded by glowing, positive energy, it’s time for the final step, which involves a powerful intention.

In your mind, state this affirmation with total assuredness:

“I allow the universe to bless my life and I am completely open to new, unexpected opportunities right now.”

This intention is now imprinted in the universal field of energy that connects us on multiple levels. Feel the excitement building as the universe moves energy to help align you with these blessings.
