How to Make Cranberry Balsamic Roasted Chicken

How to Make Cranberry Balsamic Roasted Chicken
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
Servings: 12 people
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp dry rosemary
- 8 chicken thighs, with the skin on
- 1 cup of cranberries
- Pepper and salt
Preparation & Cooking
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F and place one of your oven racks right in the center of your oven.
Step 2
In a large cooking dish, combine the vinegar, maple syrup, and rosemary.
Step 3
Add the chicken to this mixture and toss to coat well. Divide the cranberries over the chicken.
Step 4
Pepper generously and add a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Bake for 55 minutes.
Step 6
Using a kitchen brush, brush the chicken with the cooking juices formed in your cooking dish.
Step 7
Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes under the broiler or until the chicken’s skin is golden brown.
