3 Meals for Your Throat Chakra
Today, we are going to focus on balancing our Throat chakra through the healing power of nutrition.
Blue is an essential color to incorporate when balancing the Throat chakra. You will notice that this color is incorporated with many fruits such as blueberries and blackberries in today’s recipes.
The Throat chakra affects your speech. When your Throat chakra is balanced, you are a great speaker but also and a good listener. You are aware of your words and really think before you speak. Keep in mind that it is also important to drink liquids that keep you hydrated and soothe your throat, like water, milk, honey, or coconut water.
Let’s dive into these three easy recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Blueberry & Chia Seed Pudding Bowls
For breakfast, we have a delicious blackberry and chia seed pudding bowl.
These little bowls of joy are so delicious that you will be excited to get up in the morning to have your breakfast. Plus, this recipe is nutritious and will give us the energy we need to start our day on the right foot!

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup. Place this in the fridge and leave for 8 hours.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, add blackberries and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half.
Step 3
Once the chia pudding is ready, place it in individual bowls and add blackberry jelly on top. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top, if desired!
Blueberry, Kale, & Quinoa Power Bowl
For lunch, we are making a power bowl made with blueberries and quinoa. It’s a feast for the eyes and the mouth. This salad is so colorful and full of freshness! This salad can be prepared quickly and can be stored for 1 to 2 days in the fridge (bonus!).

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup of lentils (rinse them thoroughly!)
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 1/2 cup sprouts
Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare quinoa according to package directions; let it cool before you use it for the salad.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix cooled quinoa, blueberries, kale, lentils, and sprouts.
Step 3
Create your vinaigrette by whisking olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, salt, and pepper together.
Step 4
Stir in lemon zest.
Step 5
Add the blueberries to the quinoa salad and mix well to combine everything.

Blueberry Chicken Salad Wrap
For our last meal of the day, we are going with a light wrap with chicken salad. This dish is perfect if you don’t want to feel heavy after dinner. Even though it’s light, I promise you won’t feel hungry again after only one hour.

Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk cut into small pieces
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Boston lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Fresh basil to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Put the cooked chicken, celery, onion, yogurt, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Mix everything and season to taste.
Step 2
Place chicken salad on top of the Boston leaves. Sprinkle with fresh basil and blueberries.
