Tips for Making These Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Make sure to mix your peanut butter well before you use it because if you use a natural one, most of the oil is often found at the top of the jar.
  2. If you can’t have peanut butter (or don’t like it) you can also use almond butter, Nutella, or cashew butter instead.
  3. You can also omit the Rice Krispies, and add a little more oats to prevent your cookies from being too soft instead.
  4. If you make a large batch of these, you can freeze them for up to 1 month in the freezer and take them out whenever you want a treat.
  5. When forming your cookies on the baking sheet, wet your hand a little bit to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.
