How to Make Mini No-Bake Apple Pies
I don’t know about you, but I really think that apple pie is the most desired pie of all!
That being said, I don’t always have the time to bake a pie. This is exactly why we are going to tell you how to make an easy and quick no-bake apple pie because I know you feel the same way. And who doesn’t want a delicious apple pie without the effort of actually baking it?
I know. The name “no-bake apple pie” sounds surprising and unusual, and you might think this cannot taste good. You can trust me on this recipe. This no-bake apple pie is as tasty as the baked one.
My kind of no-bake pie has a slightly different crust. It might not be crunchy or flakey like the conventional baked pie, but it is moist and tasty for sure.
This no-bake apple pie can also be a fancy way to make your children eat apples or other fruits. I’m sure that this recipe will become a favorite among your children, friends, and relatives.
It tastes heavenly, plus it’s made with healthier ingredients. A win-win!

How to Make No-Bake Apple Pies
Preparation: 35 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Servings: 12 people
Ingredients: Crust
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Ingredients: Filling
- 3 large apples (I use Granny Smith apples and leave the apple peels on).
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
You will also need paper muffin liners to create your no-bake apple pies.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop your apples into small cubes.
Step 2
In a saucepan, add the apples with brown sugar, water, lemon juice, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and spices. Cook on low-medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3
While the apples are cooking, add all of the crust ingredients into a bowl and mix until you have a grainy texture.
Step 4
Press the finished crust into the bottom of paper muffin liners.
Step 5
Place the completed apple mixture on top of each crust and press down a little. Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
Step 6
Place in the fridge for about one hour before serving. This can be kept in your fridge for up to five days!
Will You Try the No-Bake Apple Pie?
I used Granny Smith apples in this recipe, but you can really use any apples you like. The texture will be different, but just as good. One more tip before I sign off: I like to keep the apple peel, but it’s optional. If you want to remove it, the recipe will also work.
