How to Make 3 Different Types of Mouthwatering Meatballs
Okay, serious question: who doesn’t like meatballs?
Meatballs are extremely versatile, and you can prepare them in a multitude of different ways, with a variety of different sauces!
Today I have three unique meatballs recipes for you:
- A meatball recipe made with ground chicken tossed with a smooth Swedish sauce.
- Korean-style beef meatballs accompanied by an irresistible sweet and salty sauce.
- Indian-style vegan meatballs made with Beyond Meat served with coconut milk and curry sauce (I salivate just thinking about it).
Tips For Creating the Perfect Meatball
It is essential that you properly measure the dry and wet ingredients, and before shaping your meatballs, let your mixture first cool in the fridge.
When baking your meatballs, ensure that you are using a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will keep your meatballs round and allow them to achieve a golden, even cook.
