Search through your wardrobe and separate any items of clothing that are indigo or contain its gorgeous hues. Paint a picture using indigo as your primary color palette. Head to your local grocery store or farmer’s market for some Third Eye-friendly foods. Purple foods like blackberries, grapes, dark blueberries, purple kale and cabbage, red onions, eggplants, and purple potatoes are all connected to Third Eye energy.
Foods rich in Omega-3 are also great for balancing this chakra: walnuts, flax seeds, salmon, sardines, and chia seeds can be easily incorporated into your diet. Dark chocolate has also been said to increase blood flow and provide mental clarity, both of which help open the Third Eye chakra.
