Mini Meditation with Patti - Chakra Breath

Mini Meditation with Patti - Chakra Breath

“When you balance your seven spiritual centers, you begin to undo the damage caused by living your life backward, from head first, forgetting the body and spirit altogether. If your life isn’t supported by a grounded source of energy, it will wither and lose its vitality. As you learn about chakras, you’ll discover that balancing them isn’t particularly difficult, especially if you think of it as a process of not just living your life, but actually loving your life.” (Author Unknown)

Hello again, Daily Life Family, and welcome to another Mini-Meditation. Today, I’ll guide you through a breathwork exercise for your chakras.

When you begin the adventure of understanding the chakras you will equip yourself with an energy map that when understood, can steer you in the direction of your dreams.

Who wouldn’t want to love their life and welcome each day with enthusiasm and curiosity?

Beginning at the base of the spine and through to the top of the head, our bodies have an intelligent and intricate energy system in place: our chakras.

What are the Chakras?

Invisible spinning wheels of pure energy, our chakras are responsible for allowing light, color, and vibration to flow in and out of the body, affecting our overall health and wellness.

The human body consists of seven main chakras, which connect to our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, as well as specific organs and glands. Each chakra also corresponds to a color, and all seven create a rainbow.

When you see a rainbow in the sky, its difficult not to smile or to be in awe of the beauty that appears after a storm. We are not unlike those rays of light.

When life gets difficult, the energy in our chakras decreases in vibration, and our light can be distinguished if we don’t pay attention. Our mood darkens, we struggle, anxiety can set in and we suffer.

The solution? We need to reconnect to source energy, Universal energy, which shines and casts our rainbows of light out to our families, friends, communities, and the world at large.

Benefits of healthy and aligned chakras:

  • Release of emotional pain from past experiences
  • Increased amounts of energy
  • A sense of peace
  • Mental clarity
  • Ease and flow through the natural changes of life
  • Patience and understanding
  • Compassion
  • Overall balance in relationships, health, and finances
  • Overall physical health benefits
  • Harmony and joy in daily life
  • Enhanced immunity system

The Chakra Breath Mini-Meditation

Feeling depleted, disconnected, or unmotivated are all signs that your chakras could use a boost of high-vibe energy. I use this chakra breath mini-meditation when I am feeling drained, tired, or overwhelmed. I also find the chakra breath beneficial when I am fighting a bug!

Think of a car that requires maintenance. Its wheels may be out of alignment; it may require an oil change, and/or a mechanic to ensure it runs smoothly. The chakra breath is a tune-up for the human body. By tuning in to your chakras and directing your breath with intention and attention, we ensure our “engines” are running smoothly. We are tuned in and ready to take on the challenging terrain that daily life has to offer.

When the chakras have received the ideal amount of high-vibration energy, the mind, body, and soul harmonize, which is vital to creating the life of your dreams.
