You Need This Delicious Green Smoothie Bowl

Nutritious and easy to drink, smoothies are trendy! If you are in a hurry in the morning or are tired of traditional breakfast, a smoothie can be an interesting alternative.

Recently, the smoothie bowl has gained a lot of popularity, especially among the younger crowd. And for a good reason! It’s a fun, new, creative way to make a smoothie a unique experience.

A homemade smoothie bowl will give you lots of energy. What’s great about this is that the possibilities of combinations are endless.

For me, this is often a great way to use the fruits in my fridge or freezer that is overripe. I propose a green smoothie bowl recipe with bananas, mango, and spinach, but know that the fruits, the milk, and the filling are all interchangeable to your tastes!

The ultimate benefit of green smoothies is that they allow you to consume many green vegetables without realizing it.

A green smoothie is full of vitamins and fiber. Since most people don’t consume enough fruits and vegetables, a smoothie is a great way to drink up your nutrition in one shot. Just remember, if you want your smoothie to be a meal replacement (like breakfast), make sure it contains enough protein and a little fat to power you through the morning.

Indeed, the sweet taste of fruits hides the taste of green vegetables, making them super kid or picky-eater friendly. You’ll barely notice, but the greens also work to counterbalance the fruit’s sweet taste, resulting in a perfect flavor balance.

Another benefit of green smoothies? You can make them year-round because frozen vegetables and fruit work great as well. As long as it’s summer, though, of course, we recommend using fresh produce!
