Kat Vernelli

Kat is a virtual, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. She has a serious passion for holistic living and loves educating people on nourishing foods and well-being. She believes in eating fresh, whole foods, cooking with real ingredients, keeping chemicals out of daily care products, and doing what makes you happy as often as possible.

Kat wasn’t always a health guru, having battled an eating disorder for several years. It wasn’t until she began her journey to healing that she realized just how important real, whole foods are and the vital role they play in creating her well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Kat has spent a long time focusing on healing her body from the inside out. She changed her diet by adding, not deleting. She changed her thoughts, which turned into positive actions, and learned how to treat her body as a whole, using the nutrients from whole foods to restore and maintain balance.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, Kat doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health. What works for one person may not work for the next. We are all biochemically different and unique, and each person has individual nutritional needs. Kat’s job is to educate you on eating nutrient-dense foods (while not being stressed) by taking small steps to get you where you want to be.
