Waiting time: 4-6 hours

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • 3/4 cup small pieces of chocolate

Mint, chocolate, and cream in a bowl.

Preparation

  1. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the cream until you have stiff peaks.
  2. Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk in the whipped cream with a spatula.
  3. Add the chopped mint and chocolate and mix gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to freezer-friendly containers and freeze for 4-6 hours.

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Not only is it vegan, but it’s also the simplest ice cream you can make. This is also perfect for anyone who is lactose intolerant as it has no dairy but all of the merry.

Waiting Time: 2 hours

Serving: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  1. Slice the bananas and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once frozen, add the banana slices to the food processor and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-friendly container and keep it in the freezer.
