Pina Colada Recipe (With a Non-Alcoholic Modification)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • 2 oz of rum (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender, starting with your ice and frozen pineapple cubes.
  2. Mix until you get a smooth consistency, stopping to remix ingredients that stick to the edge of the blender.
  3. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
  4. Optional: Add a sliced piece of pineapple and a maraschino cherry to the rim of your glass for garnish.
