Feed Your Body Friday: Tofu Tacos

Tacos cater flawlessly to a wide variety of tastes, making them a perfect option for any meal, any night of the week, for any occasion! There are also a thousand different ways to prepare tacos, which is why I like to experiment with meatless recipes whenever I can.

Eating vegetarian is sometimes intimidating or just plain uninteresting, especially when we’re under the impression that we cannot replace the meat with something else just as tasty. I can assure you that this is not true! By using the right spices and seasonings, it’s easy to achieve an equally good and often better result! To help you discover this type of cuisine for yourself, I’ve tested these tofu tacos on my whole family and the team here at DL with resounding success.

Tacos are so good all year long, and all you have to do to make sure everyone gets their dream taco is put out lots of fun garnishes on the table to choose from. This way, you’ll have everyone coming back for another one and another one and another one… you get the picture, I’m sure; I never have any leftovers when I do this recipe at home!
