4 Refreshing Water Blends for Summertime Vibes

You may have noticed the emergence of drinking water infused with fruits, vegetables, and herbs!

One of the main benefits of drinking fruit-infused water is to stay hydrated. Did you know that a large part of the population is dehydrated without even knowing it, spending long days working without taking the time to drink the daily water quantity needed to compensate for the loss of body water?

Infused water with fruits, vegetables, and herbs increases your ability to consume water with the bonus of light fruity flavoring and extra nutrients. Many people don’t drink enough because water seems bland and not very attractive in terms of taste.

But with infused water, you can vary the flavors and make different recipes by the thousands. The only limit is your imagination!

I prefer to use the most watery fruits and vegetables; they will naturally deliver more juice and thus more taste. For the tastiest result, count on patience! It will take a minimum of about 1 hour for the fruits and vegetables to transfer the subtlety of their flavors and aromas to the water.

The longer you wait, the more flavourful your water infusion will be.

Regardless of the flavored water being prepared, don’t skip fresh herb: mint is a champion in all its freshness, and don’t leave aside basil, verbena, lemongrass, and thyme, which will all do wonders too.

Test all kinds of combinations and see what you create! But for now, we’ll start you off with four basic water infusion recipes for summertime.
