How to Make Caprese Avocado Toast

- 4 baguette slices
- 1 ripe avocado
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Basil leaves, to taste
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lightly toast the slices of baguette. Put them aside.
- Slice the avocado and the tomatoes.
- Chop up the basil leaves.
- Spread the avocado slices on each piece of toast, divide the tomatoes, and sprinkle the chopped basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and shake on a little salt and pepper to taste.
