5 Foods That Will Enhance Your Spiritual Connection

Have you heard about the spirit molecule?

It’s a molecule the human body naturally produces called N, N-Dimethyltryptamine, or DMT. Some people take it as a drug, but that is first of all illegal and secondly puts you in a severely altered state of consciousness. If you want to attain higher levels of consciousness without going to the extreme, slowly and over the course of a few weeks and months, simple dietary adjustments will help you.

Studies have found that your pineal gland is often surrounded by calcium deposits known as nanocrystals that impede its function and communication to the brain. In order to remove these nanocrystals, we can up our intake of greens and alkaline water and consume less acidic foods, like the processed garbage you get at fast food joints. I’m talking booze, pizza, burgers, fries, chips, cake, all the stuff people make a profit off of that only gives you heart diseases and diabetes.

This whole spiritual connection business may seem somewhat confusing if you haven’t experienced it before. When I first started eating the foods below and cut out the booze and processed garbage my entire viewpoint changed. I saw how things were interconnected and started seeing how I could help the world shift to a less painful existence. It was an awakening directly linked to my diet that inevitably helped me become sober, heal on a deep level, and become clairvoyant.

This doesn’t have to be expensive either. If you find the right stores or markets, produce can be cheap. You’ll also find that when your body is packed with vitamins and is hydrated, you won’t crave addictive unhealthy foods like you used to.

Here are 5 foods to start incorporating into your diet to enhance your spiritual connection.

Avocado

This alkalizing food helps your brain function because of its natural fatty acids. It goes well with just about everything and is, in most people’s eyes, proof that there is a God. Just kidding, but at least it has a good satisfying flavor! It can be a replacement for processed cheese on sandwiches and in breakfast scrambles. It goes well in smoothies or is delicious on its own with some sea salt and pepper when you need a snack. Avocados are also rich in Boron, which helps decalcify the pineal gland.

Garlic

Cooking with garlic is a long standing practice of spiritual practitioners because it is alkaline forming and it’s known to detox calcium if you have a build up in your body. You can take capsules, but the most potent type (and the most delicious) is raw garlic. Do not ever eat raw garlic on an empty stomach! I learned that the hard way. Garlic is strong and raw garlic is even stronger. Introduce small amounts at a time and see how your body responds.

Kale

This is a powerhouse for your Third Eye chakra because it’s rich in chlorophyll and very alkalizing. On it’s own, it’s not very tasty, but if you massage it with lemon juice and remove the tough middle spine, it makes a delicious salad like this one! You can also use it in smoothies; grab a few handfuls of raw kale and toss it into your blender with almost any other fruit for an extra boost of nutrients.

Cacao

Cacao contains strong antioxidants which can help in the process of decalcification as well. Cacao is also used to stimulate the Third Eye chakra, but it should be taken in its raw, organic form. Cacao will not produce the same effects as when you eat a Hershey bar or a Snickers, which are highly processed.

Dates

Like avocados, dates contain boron, a superfood that can help your glandular, endocrine, and nervous systems function to optimize your energy. As you look to replace refined sugars, dates are a much better choice for your sweet tooth. They are packed with minerals and nutrients that help harmonize your energy instead of drain it. They are good on their own or in smoothies, raw desserts, or chopped up in salads.

Conclusion

Finally, do your best to remove fluoride from your diet. Tap water and bottled water usually contain fluoride, but if you switch to an alkaline water alternative, you’ll often find that they remove fluoride from the water. The fluoride directly calcifies your pineal gland, blocking higher consciousness. You’ll also want to switch to a fluoride free toothpaste. Eventuall,y you can develop a connection to guides (if that’s your goal) or you can use it to increase creative problem solving or even to invent something amazing like Steve Jobs did.

Try to avoid eggs as they impede the communication between your pineal gland and pituitary gland. If you’re going to have dairy, try to limit it; only have organic dairy and possibly consider goat products or kefir as alternatives. Fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi have a good effect on enhancing your spiritual awakening as well. Once you’ve opened up these doors to your higher consciousness, keep up the diet and your growth will continue. Don’t go back to the junk food diet and expect your consciousness to stay open. It’s all about a healthy lifestyle.

There are plenty more foods that can help you achieve a more powerful spiritual connection, but we wanted to get you started with some simple ones. Overall, more raw and organic foods and superfoods will help, as well as eating a variety of colors of plants. Supplements can also be helpful in this process. Apple cider vinegar has malic acid which helps decalcify the pineal gland.
